What is a Customer Request?

A Customer Request is when you ask us to source an item that is not currently listed on our website. Our most popular sourcing requests are handbags and shoes, but we are happy to help with other items too.

To start a request, you will pay a £5 deposit plus postage. This secures your request and gives you priority support from our team via Instagram messages or email (whichever you prefer) while we search for your item.

If we find your dream item, the £5 deposit and postage will be deducted from your final balance. Once your item is confirmed, we will send you a balance payment link.

If for any reason we are unable to source your requested item (which is very rare), you will receive a full refund of both the £5 deposit and postage.

Please note that if we successfully source your item but do not receive a response from you, the £5 deposit is non-refundable as sourcing takes time and effort. However, your postage will still be refunded.

Once you have completed checkout, please click on our live chat and send us the details of the item you would like sourced. The more information you provide (such as size, colour, brand, or style), the easier it will be for us to find it for you.

Discount codes or rewards cannot be used against customer requests.

Please note that customer-requested items are not eligible for refunds, as they are sourced specifically at your request. However, we do offer a full exchange or online credit to use on our website.
